Due to continued growth, we are accepting applications for Regional Truck Driver CDL A - Home Every Weekend! in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Compensation Average Annual Salary $100,000 per year, which includes: $0.45-$0.48/per mile based on years of service Speed/Safety bonus up to $0.9/mile Monthly profit-sharing bonus up to $575/month ($6900/year) $10.00/stop Average 2300 miles/week Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week Bi-weekly paychecks Benefits PTO (Personal and Vacation Days) 80 hours upon hire; PTO pay $35-$50/hour 10 paid Holidays per calendar year Benefits (Medical, Dental,

Pre-scheduled appointments at most stops. Uniforms provided at no cost Dock deliveries, drop & hook, some backhauls and live-unload deliveries Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service Must be flexible with work schedule
Responsibilities Backing in and out of docks Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations Provide excellent customer service Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers Requirements Minimum of 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience and/or 100,000 miles OTR/Regional preferred Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
Reefer experience preferred but not required Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors Legally eligible to work in the U.
