They will also be a key partner with the Nemours Biobank and Molecular Analysis Program (BMAP) lab. Responsibilities include assisting principal investigators with next-generation sequence assay selection and experimental design, researching, evaluating, and implementing the latest bioinformatics tools for data analysis, developing, maintaining, and running standardized and custom bioinformatic pipelines for analyzing data including writing standard operating procedures for pipelines used for CLIA assays.
