Education and Experience of MIG Welder: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Experience in MIG and some TIG welding. Ability to read and understand English. Ability to read drawings and sketches. Capable of performing standard measurements. Good shop math skills. Mechanical aptitude. Understands basic procedure of voltage and amp settings for given requirements. Must be physically able to wear required appropriate personal protective equipment.
