Technical training in maintenance is preferred. Certified HVAC Technician Two years' experience in related health care setting preferred. Supervisory experience required. Must have good working knowledge of building construction and maintenance. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc. as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
