Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance/Building Safety of Woodlawn Apartments, Inc.

(Woodlawn) and Embury Apartments, Inc. (Embury), the housing companies within The Wesley Community. Your actions need to be in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facilities and as may be directed by the Director of Woodlawn Independent Living or Director of Embury to assure

that our facility is maintained in an orderly, safe and economical manner. Director of Maintenance Requirements : High School graduation or equivalency required.

Technical training in maintenance is preferred. Certified HVAC Technician Two years' experience in related health care setting preferred. Supervisory experience required. Must have good working knowledge of building construction and maintenance. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc. as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
