Job Specifications: Expected Pay Range: $21.63 - $44.23 / hour Shift Availability: Full Time, Year Round Skill Level: Advanced Job Responsibilities: Assure that the integrity of the resort assets is maintained. Implement and supervise preventative maintenance programs through the automated system. Provide training to intermediate electrician and other maintenance staff as necessary. Coordinate projects with contractors when required. Order and maintain required parts for stock for critical equipment for assigned areas. Follow all safety procedures and alert supervisor to any unsafe conditions that may exist.
Work with other departments and area managers as required pertaining to asset upkeep. Require own hand tools and keeps them in a safe functional manner at all times. Maintain job logs as required, manual or automated. Function as a master level electrician: Maintain a clean and organize work area. Work independently when required. Apply for electrical permits as required by code, when and if possible. Bide by all electrical codes, SDS, OSHA and ant other. Become familiar with and abide by company core values. Abide by all safety rule and regulations from corporate, State and Federal.

Job Requirements: 4 years electrical trade school (Minimum Journeyman with 3 years’ experience). 4 – 7 years residential with 2-3 years industrial wiring and switch gear. Electrician license required. Clean valid driving license. Microsoft Office experience necessary. Read write and speak English Fluent. Ability to read blue prints The expected pay range is $21.63 - $44.23. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
