Salary$20 - $25 USD per hour Required Skills Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Help to conduct routine inspections to ensure that an accurate inventory of all cannabis, and non- cannabis items is being kept at all times.
Assistance with routine checks and records of point of sale cash drawers and nightly deposits. Managing dispensary staff, including occasional interviewing, onboarding
assistance, performance evaluation input, training assistance, staff promotion recommendations, documentation and reporting of staff, education of product and Companys standard operating procedures and scheduling contributions.
Manage and monitor the activities of the dispensary, to ensure that all standard operating procedures in the store are being followed to meet current regulations and to offer the most effective treatment to both employees and guests. Follow training procedures so that the retail staff will have a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, as well as best practices of consumption for any consumer.
Working as a team leader to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service.
Driving of sales of all materials cannabis and non-cannabis on a consistent basis. Communication to Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints during daily operations or negative customer interactions as soon as possible. When applicable welcoming each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language, verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests. Facilitate the cleaning, stocking, and organizing dispensary; working with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked in accordance with the Companys standards at all times. Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry trends and products offered.
Updating menus and signage with informative and visually appealing information. Performing other duties as assigned. Desired Skills Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Knowledge of cannabis required 1 year of cannabis retail management required Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend and evening hours Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Point of Sale software, and cash management Must be 21 years of age Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Bachelors Degree preferred About Renew There is no machine that can grow high quality cannabis, it takes a truly dedicated team of skilled people to grow great consistent product.
