Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide Leadership to direct reports, including, but not limited to, hiring, training and development Produce detailed construction documents for new and existing Maverik locations Maintain master resource inclusive of all Company prototypes Prepare preliminary design packages in collaboration with partners, including the Site Development team Provide due diligence support regarding
development of new and altering existing Maverik locations Manage external design consultants in support of new store development and special projects Conduct site visits to check on project status and provide in-field support as necessary Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferred Qualifications: Experience 5+ years drawing production experience required 2+ years project management experience required Retail design experience preferred Architectural license preferred Extensive Autodesk Revit experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications: Competencies A record of demonstrating
