The State seeks a variety of positions to establish industry best in class architecture practices, lead existing teams, and/or create and implement appropriate solutions or platforms. The scope of this PAQ will include leading the existing state Architects to establish frameworks, patterns, automation, and appropriate solutions. Scope will also include
backssing new technologies and providing recommendations for planning and implementation of those technologies. This position will collaborate with various State personnel from ITSD and a number of different State agencies, as required and directed by the State.
Architect will report to Deputy Chief Enterprise Architect. Responsibilities Design, create, and manage a data architecture. This includes defining the overall structure and organization of data, as well as the relationships and interactions between different data elements. Design and implementing data models and database structures that align with business requirements. Design and implementing data intake and optimization, data
lakes, data house, big data analysis, AI for data analysis modeling, Azure/AWS data ingestion.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and quality by establishing data governance policies and standards. Develop strategies for data storage, backup, and recovery. Collaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to optimize data flow and accessibility. Evaluate and selecting appropriate data storage technologies and platforms, to include, but not limited to; familiarity with Service Now, AWS, and Azure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
