--We have an immediate opportunity for a Embedded Firmware Design Verification Supervisor--that has experience as well as--knowledge developing and testing embedded firmware for life safety critical fire control systems. ----Responsibilities: Lead the design verification efforts for embedded firmware, from defining design verification strategies to executing test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, embedded firmware developers and hardware engineers, to understand design requirements

and ensure comprehensive test coverage Develop and maintain verification test plan, test cases and test scripts for embedded firmware projects.

Design and implement automated test frameworks to streamline the design verification process and improve efficiency. Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identify and document defects and work closely with development teams to address issues. Mentor and guide a team of verification engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvements. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in embedded systems design and verification. Proficient in Agile, specifically applying SAFe to safety critical TDD.

Create scripts and/or templates to automate and/or bootstrap infrastructure provisioning and management tasks. Work closely with our Agile development teams to create an automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) systems. Ability to travel up to 10%. MUST HAVE: BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related area. 5 years of experience in embedded firmware design and verification with a focus on real-time embedded systems and safety critical applications. Strong embedded firmware design skills, including C, C++, etc.

Experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies for verification and validation. Demonstrated ability to lead a team, communicate effectively and drive projects to successful completion. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Demonstrated experience with secure development, coding, engineering practices. Have effective verbal and non-verbal communication with leadership and peers. WE VALUE: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience leading projects and multi-site cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and complete deliverables.

Previous experience working with all levels of management as well as a global work force. Advanced knowledge and use of Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc) and ability effectively use Share Point, One Note and Microsoft Teams.
