As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide expertise in designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs while leveraging the latest technology offerings. You will have the opportunity to work with technical and business decision-makers while aligning solutions to the latest
Apex and Microsoft offerings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Microsoft, to stay current on new offerings.
Design and architect Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud solution offerings – Device Management, Cloud PC/Virtual Desktop, Teams Phone/Calling, Teams Rooms, Entra ID, M365 Defender suite, M365 Purview suite, etc. Perform implementation/migration/administration tasks related to Apex's solution offerings leveraging skills and qualifications listed below. Perform backssments and conduct discovery sessions to develop/design client project scope-of-works, estimates, and proposals. Attain and stay current with concepts,
skills, and certifications related to skills and qualifications listed below.
Manage time effectively to meet billable utilization goals. Assist Apex team members in presenting recommended solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use and external presentations (e. g. As-built documentation, solution architecture, etc. ) Handle escalated support and administration needs for Apex Service Delivery Team. Provide ongoing mentoring, guidance, and knowledge transfer for junior team members.
