ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-line warehouse workers, including shipping and receiving, order picking and packing, and inventory
management. Ensure all shipments are accurately packed and shipped on time and in compliance with customer requirements.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of products to customers Conduct regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and other inventory-related tasks to maintain inventory accuracy. Work with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Supervisor, Warehouse and Distribution 2 Train and mentor front-line workers to improve their skills and ensure their success.
Monitor performance of workers and provide feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. On site attendance is an essential function of this position. WORKING CONDITIONS The essential functions of this job require the employee to perform the following physical activities: Regular use of PC, laptop, copier, fax, and other general office equipment. Able to lift, bend, stand, and stretch frequently throughout the day.
Will need to lift 40 lbs. Ability to access all areas of the facility to perform essentials functions of the position. Noise level for this environment is low to moderate.
