Responsible for multiple highspeed refrigerated dough production and packaging lines. Foster and promote continuous improvement and a positive work environment. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions
including, but not limited to: Maintain a high standard for safety through leading pre-shift safety talks and frequent floor presence to ensure that all shift employees have the tools to work safely and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Publish daily weekly crew schedules for line staffing. Maintain skills matrix. Collaborate with maintenance through the shift handoffs and maintenance weekly operation review (MWOR) regarding priority, action items, and follow-ups. Recommend measures to improve safety, quality of product, production methods, and equipment performance. Use of CI tools and SRC is recommended approach to determine corrective/preventative actions to eliminate problems.
Maintain Kronos (time keeping) for all hourly employees, and production records and accurately complete all reports as required by the Company Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 2:00p to 10:30p Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. About You: You’ll fit right in if you have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
