What the Role Involves: As a Refrigeration Trainer, you'll be responsible for leading and facilitating all processes and programs related to refrigeration education.
In addition, the trainer will assist with curriculum development and implementation strategies. Lead and conduct both lecture and hands-on learning activities for employees. Collaborate with team members on course delivery planning and resource allocation; as well as managing inventory of learning assets, i. e. demo units. Partner with community colleges, school districts and other organizations to support educational activities and outreach.
