Job Requirements: Support manufacturing, from a quality and engineering perspective, to meet company goals Institutionalize quality tools, quality control plans, metrics and product/process capability that ensure quality attainment via process validation Develop and facilitate effective internal corrective actions based off monitoring and measuring internal and external process inputs.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations. Create and maintain company documentation, such as quality manuals, and quality procedures Complete PPAP, FAIR, First Article and other various customer and internal

quality documentation Participate in teams to make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues Conduct internal audits to AS9100D and customer requirements Work with purchasing to communicate supplier performance and to ensure critical suppliers are properly notified when non-conformances occur Troubleshoot problems or flaws Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: BS in an engineering discipline or equivalent technical degree is required 3+ years of experience as a quality engineer in a manufacturing environment is required Six Sigma Certification desired Knowledge/experience in Lean Manufacturing Project tracking and detailed planning

skills required Quality first mentality is essential Experience with customer and regulatory audit support is preferred Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (graphs, charts, formulas) Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong writing skills to handle investigation reports, writing instructions and communicating corrective actions Blue Print Reading and Dimensional Analysis Proficiency Timberline Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
