Primary Responsibilities: The Right-of-Way Technician will perform entry level right-of-way work and assist agents, teamleads, and supervisor with portions of right-of-way projects.
The Technician will assist in completinglicense agreements, and right-of-way vacations / exchanges. The Right-of-Way Technician will prepare acquisition files, assist in closing transactions, and beresponsible for data entry. Qualifications: The successful candidate must have some knowledge of real estate title and valuation work; requirements as to form, content, and recording

Completion of college level courses related to real estate acquisition, real estate law, appraisal, negotiation, engineering communications, and real estate principles is preferred. Assists in development, implementation, and monitoring of various Preventative Maintenance Programs. Qualifications: The successful candidate should have job
knowledge that encompasses safety, inspection requirements and repairs of various equipment including light dutyvehicles, heavy construction equipment as well as specialty road maintenanceequipment.
The successful candidate must have previous Leadworker or supervisory experience inequipment maintenance and repair, and the ability to operate all equipmentassociated with the performance of assigned tasks. The incumbent must be able to respond to emergency call out situations as requestedon a 24-hour basis.
