organizing and group facilitation, distribution of education materials and resources on immunization and disease prevention and community presentations and health fairs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS include: Graduation from an accredited college, preferably with a BS degree in Public Health; or pursuing a BS degree in Health and Human Services; three years' experience working with health care providers individuals and children; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, abilities and skills as stated in the job description, including but not limited to : Comprehensive knowledge of health care community resources.

Knowledge of adult and pediatric

health care. Maturity and experience in successfully working with infants, young children and adults. Knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Windows.

Ability to work with diverse socio-economic and socio-cultural groups. Spanish / English bilingual preferred. Must have valid Connecticut Driver's License and own transportation.
