Understand managed care authorizations and coverage limits, especially for specialties. Research credit balances, prepare refunds for Supervisor approval. Identify and escalate trends in claim submission and deadlines. Report insurance company trends hindering payment/adjudication to AR Team Lead. Contribute to special projects as assigned by the AR Team Lead. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements): High School Graduate or equivalent.
