Create and maintain data integration specifications and process documentation to produce the required data deliverables.
Create blueprints and application design for data integration between various Oracle EPM cloud products such as EPBCS, PCMCS, EPRCS, Essbase and FCCS. Define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design, prototype, to implement and rollout solutions. Write clear, concise technical specifications for Hyperion applications and business system process. Integrate Hyperion of applications
with existing processes and source systems. Diagnose problems and come up with solutions and workarounds in a fast-paced environment. Manage, lead and develop a small team.
Perform System Analysis and Business Analysis activities, including process and solution design. Present fit and gap backssments and provide solution options with impact backssments. Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality and promote best practices. Come up with team functional and technical leadership and overall internal team management assistance. Document and troubleshoot problems and effectively communicate issues
with business and technical team members at all levels in a timely manner and build, implement and rollout solutions.
Communicate and partner with customers on a regular basis to build and maintain a solid working relationship. Must have five (5) years of experience with: Designing Finance Transformation projects for EPBCS and FCCS applications; Developing enhancements for Hyperion Planning and Essbase as per business requirements; Building Profitability and Cost management models (PCMCS) for the regions of US and Europe which facilitate business understanding of client profitability; Building end to end applications using Oracle EPBCS project module to calculate Depreciation and Net book value based on projects for Finance function; Defining the architecture for data integration using Cloud Data Manager; Building disclosure management reports to submit 10Q and 10K in SEC format using Workiva Saa S product; Automating business processes using Groovy and Python scripting; and Managing Reference data using Oracle DRM.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
