Detailed responsibilities include: Utilizing various software's to produce drawings from pre-design phase through construction administration including developing design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, elevations, and schedules Assisting
in ongoing projects to standardize and unify design documents by participating in meetings and preparing renderings and presentation materials as necessary Serving as a critical point for clear communication and coordination between pre-construction, design, and field teams during active projects to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Analyzing current building codes, by-laws, and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, while staying up to date on all required and relevant codes Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to identify design problems and develop effective solutions Visiting job sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions
