OUR OPPORTUNITY: As an Architectural Drafter for our company, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for a broad range of projects by incorporating exact measurements and codes and entering data to generate 3-D design models.
Detailed responsibilities include: Utilizing various software's to produce drawings from pre-design phase through construction administration including developing design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, elevations, and schedules Assisting
in ongoing projects to standardize and unify design documents by participating in meetings and preparing renderings and presentation materials as necessary Serving as a critical point for clear communication and coordination between pre-construction, design, and field teams during active projects to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Analyzing current building codes, by-laws, and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, while staying up to date on all required and relevant codes Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to identify design problems and develop effective solutions Visiting job sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions

Your Responsibilities As a Senior Systems Engineer for Intelligent Solutions Group Fargo located in Fargo, ND, Waterloo, IA; Urbandale, IA; or Moline, IL you will. Analyze customer needs and generates engineering specifications which must be fulfilled for complex problems or projects of moderate scope. Gather system-level requirements of systems of a broad scope and decompose and partition these requirements into component-level requirements. Produce and/or evaluate possible design
solutions to improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications together with involvement of other functional engineers, supply management and/or supplier personnel.
Create system concepts and analyze system architecture options to develop a cost-effective, reliable system definition. Analyze system architecture options to measure the performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the system. Compile and furnish necessary information to document the design solution required for building of prototypes and adoption of the design with possible involvement of other engineers, supply management and/or supplier personnel.
Integrate the components of a system and verify the components work together and the system meets the performance criteria. Troubleshoot and identify root cause of system-level problems of a complex nature. Develop test or analysis plans for system-level verification and validation. Lead in resolution of difficult technical issues both inside the company and with outside suppliers.
