Summary Spire is seeking a Right of Way Representative. This position will be responsible for timely and cost effective securing of easements and permits. Duties and Responsibilities Secure easements for various construction jobs. Secure permits for installation and maintenance of services and mains. Work with cities, counties, and various municipalities to schedule street repair projects. Assist in the administration of Field Operations
capital work orders. Secure engineering services for surveying and staking work.
Meet with representatives from various municipalities to keep them informed of ongoing projects and any upcoming projects. Meet with Field Operations personnel to clear up easement and permit questions on gas routes. Attend various organization meetings and functions on the Company’s behalf. Work with municipal officials to ensure good working relationship. All other duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
