Located just off route 25 in Monroe , we are centrally located between Danbury and Bridgeport. Responsibilities: Generate fresh design concepts to revitalize marketing materials from social media images to instore signage. Contribute to literature creation, editing, and data-merge template development. Craft engaging monthly social media visuals, including dynamic Instagram Stories. Oversee final art development before printing. Execute templated work, ensuring

timely delivery and leveraging data-merge functionality.

Assist with in-house printing, including cost tracking. Play a pivotal role in all production work for the company. Maintain organized art files, school folders, reference files, and more. Lead the development and upkeep of our creative asset library and templates. Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on production work. Completion of an accredited program in graphic design or a related field of study. Agency experience is a significant advantage. Only candidates with substantial production experience will be considered, as the role is primarily production-oriented (70% production, 30% graphic design).

Mastery of In Design and Adobe Creative Suite. Adapt at picking up new software and open to learning new systems. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Documents/Office suite. A collaborative mindset, contributing positively within a team structure. Reports to Graphic Design Manager Part-time, initially offering 25-30 hours per week with the potential for transitioning to full-time status in the future. Enjoy the flexibility of setting your hours, with a preference for the majority of work to be completed between 9 am and 2 pm, ensuring effective team collaboration while accommodating your schedule.

Must be able to commute to our Monroe, CT headquarters at least 1x per week for team meetings.
