POSITION SUMMARY Our internal agency is seeking a Copywriter to join our Studio team, reporting directly to The Studio Creative Director.
You will be a fundamental part of our team, contributing to creative projects across all dimensions of the The Cigna Group and our two go-to-market brands Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services (D2C, B2B, B2B2C). To do this, you'll need to be an expert storyteller who is fluent in concepting and
writing for multiple channels and audiences. All of this with a goal of delivering meaningful brand experiences for our customers, clients and partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers and other members of The Studio team to bring insight-driven creative concepts to life in unexpected and thought-provoking ways Translate complex business strategies and product information into engaging headlines, copy and calls to action that inspire, inform and drive action for all audiences Develop concepts and write copy for a wide-range of cross-channel creative execution such as videos, social posts, websites, digital display, email, direct mail, print collateral
and presentation narratives Demonstrate a curiosity to stay on top of emerging trends, while keeping the pulse of advertising industry shifts and best practice Confidently articulate creative ideas within internal creative reviews and brainstorms Quickly become an expert with regard to The Cigna Group, Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services robust offering of products and solutions Act as a steward for our family of brands, responsible for maintaining consistency of visual identity across all experiences Partner with account management and producer teams to ensure creative is on brief, on time and on budget WHAT YOU'LL BRING 3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or highly strategic in-house agency A portfolio that demonstrates creative work across multiple channels (ex.
digital, social and video work a plus) An expert level understanding of how an idea can be brought to life across all channels-knowledge of best practice for digital, social and traditional channels is a must Attention to detail An aptitude for earning trust and developing meaningful relationships A positive attitude with a " get-stuff-done" mindset A passion for creative work, both in and out of our industry Ability to work from a Cigna office 50% of the time, as requested by the business If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
