Education & Experience of the Production Manager: 5-7 years previous management experience in a food grade operation. Background in dairy, evaporators, and/or drying technologies? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent knowledge of plant operation procedures and business system software applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Previous supervisory experience.

and templates. Assist the Director/Manager to ensure alignment of cross functional partners including Brand, Operations, Quality, Engineering, R&D, T&W and Procurement. Support supplier segmentation strategies. Provide input for business growth, innovation and productivity improvement programs.
You Will: Help launch RFIs/RFPs for finished goods contract manufacturing partners to meet our needs. Review total delivered cost analysis including raw material procurement, operational and T&W costs while balancing service and quality performance measures. Support contract negotiations with existing and new contract manufacturers. Inclusive of analyzing alternative solutions, rigorous financial
analysis, alignment with the Legal department & cross functional stakeholders. Benchmark methods for competitive set within the food industry for new technology, innovation, available capacity and productivity strategies.
Analyze segments through market data and should cost modeling. Assist Director/Manager with risk management plan for supplemental production options to reduce service issues in the event of internal/external manufacturing interruptions Help with finished goods projects up to commercialization; Commissioning, Qualification & Verification (CQV). Ensure specifications are established before production and all parameters are achieved during the product trials setting up
the CQV process. Support supplier management, category strategy and cost reduction efforts while delivering supply assurance in this complex category.
You Have: Bachelor's degree 3 plus years' experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Project Lead experience.
