Any IT related certifications such as Microsoft or CISCO Any one of the following Security certifications for 8570: CISM, CISSP (OR ASSOCIATE), GSLC, CCISO, CAP, CASP CE, HCISSP, CND, CLOUD , SECURITY CE Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and 5 years of DOD IT Project Management experience Without a degree, 8 to 10 years of DOD IT Project Management experience Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams of 45 or more professionals.
Strong understanding of DOD IT processes, regulations, and security protocols Exceptional leadership and communication skills Proven ability to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget. Experience with financial forecasting models Must already be living on the island and ready to start immediately with notice of the award of the contract.

Role Overview Lāna'i Community Health Center, the only federally qualified health center on the island of Lāna'i, is actively seeking applicants for the Executive Director position. This position is responsible for managing the overall operations, finances, and facilities of the Center in accordance with the Board approved policies, plans, decisions
and directives. The Executive Director, and/or his/her designees, is responsible for hiring and managing the staff of the Center.

Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, finance or a related field of study with a demonstrated record of obtaining ongoing job-related education and training; Master's degree in health administration, public health or a related field is highly desirable.
Minimum of five years of medical/healthcare management experience or equivalent experience sufficient to satisfy the Board of Directors that the job can be performed satisfactorily. Demonstrated abilities in program development and operation, community relations, employee relations, grants, financial management and public speaking.
Familiarity with health care delivery and financing trends and issues in the industry and operating environment with particular emphasis on community based primary care that includes medical, dental and behavioral health services is desirable. Previous experience and/or knowledge of Community Health Centers and/or health care finance and/or administration is highly desirable. Knowledge of nonprofit management, including fund accounting and budgeting; knowledge of management principles and techniques. Knowledge of federal and state resources available for use in organizational programs is desirable.
