employee training, prompt resolution of issues, etc. Set and achieve goals with Pharmacists and Team Leaders, holding them accountable for financial measures of sales and contribution, and people measures of retention, diversity, and development, educating them on factors such as labor, shrink, inventory, gross margin, and generic utilization Manage workflow and product dispensing, assist as necessary and ensure employees are utilizing preferred methods; partner with other members of management to evaluate workflow practices and identify continuous improvement opportunities Partner with Store Manager and other Area Managers to champion company initiatives in the department and throughout the
