Degree Additional information Salary Information: Assistant United States Attorney's pay is administratively determined based, in part, on the number of years of professional attorney experience. The range of basic pay is $77,381 to $183,400 which includes 21.17% locality pay and a cost of living allowance (COLA) of 9.28%. Maximum pay with locality and COLA is limited to $183,400 in 2023.
