The RN/ LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review. + Current license by the
