and dental insurance Paid holidays Flexible schedules The MDS Nurse manages the process of backssment, planning, facilitation, coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for services and options to meet the individual resident need promote quality, cost-effective outcomes while adhering to Federal and State guidelines, and in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
Manages the RAI Process from resident admission to discharge in order to maintain clinical compliance and receive appropriate funding from Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care pay sources Develops, with input from the interdisciplinary team members, individualized care plans reflective of the resident status Coordinates
