Contribute to Enterprise Desktop Support/Help Desk and oversee Workstation/Laptop builds, setups, and moves. Manage New Employee Systems Setup and JDA Administration.
Excel in Asset Management (Ivanti) by keeping accurate records of all assets and License Management. Play a key role in Network configuration and deployment, VPN network setup, and IDS and SIEM deployment. Implement security measures by managing compliance efforts, conducting vulnerability scans, and coordinating with vendors to ensure system security. Contribute to Security Awareness training, baseline configurations, and CMDB management. What You Bring: Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Office365, and Active Directory.
5 to 7 years of IT experience, preferably with a degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
Ability to provide on-call support on a rotational basis and troubleshoot a variety of IT equipment and systems. Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment, Palo Alto devices, IDS and IPS, and network diagnostic tools (NMAP, Wireshark, etc. ). Experience with Policy and procedure frameworks (NIST, ISO), PCI-DSS standards, and compliance. Strong documentation skills, including the ability to write clear procedures.
