Field Support: Support customer networks locally and remotely, Advanced Wireless and Wired network troubleshooting. Other duties as assigned. POSITION RESULTS DESCRIPTION Quoting Efficiency - >35% Overages - Billable hours - > 40% SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Understanding of diverse infrastructure components and the ability to troubleshoot in those environments. Experience with cloud and data center storage. Experience with cyber security. Hands on experience
with LAN/WAN/Wireless LAN, including configuration, troubleshooting and documentation.
Hands on experience with IP subnetting, switching, and routing. Hands on experience with wireless LAN protocols. Working knowledge of Wide Area Network connectivity protocols. Working knowledge of DNS, Active Directory. Must have a valid driver's license.
