Job Summary Lead IT Specialist supports the ongoing operations and helps champion improvements and advancements within the processes used to support IT portfolio of systems and applications. Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing Portfolio Management: Support the maintenance and documentation of Point32Health's portfolio of IT systems and applications.

Execute operational processes within the portfolio, identify inefficiencies and develop process improvements where needed. Evaluate the performance and relevance of each system/application in the portfolio.

Change Management/Service Optimization Provide governance to Change Management by defining and revising standards, ensuring consistency in practice, and gathering metrics of its utilization. Increase Change Management engagement and planning across the corporation by identifying potential areas of opportunity of refinement. Collaborate with project stakeholders to prepare for change and develop change management strategy by reviewing project scope, and conducting change impact backssments.

Ensure the change management playbook remains current and aligned with the most up to date best practices and operational processes Provide insight, guidance, and coaching to project teams and leadership on change management activities.

Champion Service Optimization by setting strategic goals for service journey mapping and standards for performance monitoring and reporting. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the IT portfolio. Implement best practices for security and compliance within systems. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of IT systems. Regularly backss and report on the health and efficiency of the portfolio.

Resource Estimation: Work with the resource management team in defining a review/estimation schedule to gather estimates, update internal systems, and share results with stakeholder Help define reporting needs and additional improvements within the system to increase process efficiency Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications - what you need to perform the job Education, Certification and Licensure Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Knowledge/experience with Change Management/Prosci educated preferred.

Knowledge/experience of ISO, Six Sigma, Lean practices preferred. Knowledge/experience of BPMN/process modeling methodology preferred. Experience (minimum years required) : 5 years proven experience in IT portfolio management and systems leadership. Skill Requirements Strong knowledge of IT governance, project management, and risk management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Independent worker able to take constructive actions with minimal direction Possesses solid organizational skills and can effectively define and lead a meeting, maintaining objectives while dealing with fast-paced changes Technical adept and able to understand complex systems and clearly relay to a non-technical audience Ability to work with peers and management teams to identify and define process flow of complex systems Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.

g. lifting, travel) : Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required. Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.

May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
