Works closely with Catering Director and Executive Chef to organize customer requests, enquiries, and bookings. Counts and prepares cash drawers, deposits, and check requests. Catering software daily. Works evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Works cashier station as needed. Ability to cross-train in all areas of Food Service.
