THE ROLE As a Mechatronics Technician at Coty Hunt Valley, you will, under minimal supervision, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize the electrical and mechanical systems of manufacturing equipment.
In this role you will be responsible for: Lead and Own Manufacturing Equipment Performance in an assigned department Install, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical and electrical components Respond to plant trouble calls when requested. Proficiently troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment issues. Preventative
Maintenance Planning and scheduling optimization. Technical ownership of small-scale improvement and cost savings projects. Perform Electrical and PLC tasks to monitor, calibrate, troubleshoot plant systems.
Complete required tasks and PMs while keeping up with project needs and support calls. Own the training and development plan for 2 -3 junior resources. Occasional overtime QUALIFICATIONS We’d love to see candidates who have: Essential: Good foundation in electrical theory Electrical maintenance / troubleshooting experience Must be able to read, understand, and update electrical schematics Must possess basic computer skills Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge Mechanical skills, experience

Maintenance Mechanic in Salisbury, MD to support our Soybean Processing facility. This position will be responsible t o perform assigned electrical and/or mechanical duties within scope of classification to include equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown, and equipment failure.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on Mechanical and Electrical equipment. Diagnose failures to mechanical and electrical equipment and make repairs. Rebuild mechanical and electrical equipment. Fabricate sheet metal and conduit. Compile and complete paperwork relative to repairs to include but not limited to work orders, time cards,
and job cards. Perform all work within safety guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies as well as company policies Respond to calls after hours and on weekends to repair mechanical equipment failures.
Perform other assigned tasks as assigned Minimum Education High School or equivalent Advanced electrical training preferred Experience Requirements 1 - 4 years of related experience Reading, writing, math and analytical skills General knowledge of computer, operating and network systems Basics of working around and using High Voltage equipment Basics of microprocessor-based equipment (loop controllers, VFD, etc. ) Experience with gearbox systems, pump systems, conveyors,
