Principal Duties and Responsibilities Mechanic– repair and overhaul equipment; install, operate and test equipment; assembly Electrician– install wiring, electrical circuits and equipment; assures all circuits conform with perform preventative maintenance on electrical circuits and Carpenter– perform general maintenance, repair and construction duties Fabrication- help design and construct parts or items to be used in production areas or on production lines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required 2-3 Years prior experience in maintenance
of an industrial facility or related training Knowledge of reading blue prints and machine specifications. Capable of following written or oral instructions.
Ability to work independently to complete tasks and projects assigned Follow policy and procedure to maintain a safe working environment. Keep all areas orderly, clean and safe at all times. Assure proper care and cleaning of tools, equipment and supplies. Capable of working overtime and being on-call as necessary. Effectively communicate to team and leadership. Must be able to regularly lift up to 40 pounds. Previous experience with fork truck operation. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
