About the Job Sweep, Scrub, and Mop floors in the dining room, restrooms, and kitchen Sanitize and disinfect all fixtures, sinks, drains, and all surface areas in the restrooms Remove all trash, clean trash cans, and replace liners Clean and Sanitize all surfaces in the dining area including tables, ledges, window sills, doors, thresholds Dusting all areas of the dining room including air vents Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as needed Clean and organized storage sheds and storage areas of the restaurant
