Reporting to the Work Management Program Requirements Manager, you will use your knowledge of the Department of Energy Conduct of Operations program to ensure personnel interpret and establish a requirements basis for Conduct of Operations for INL.
Responsibilities Include: Provide strategic vision and leadership for Work Control and Maintenance at INL, including performance, trends, and associated corrective actions. Develop new concepts and techniques to improve operational performance. Assist and advise line management in the application of processes and actions to improve operational performance. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience OR Associate's degree plus 12 years of experience OR 16 years of experience in lieu of degree. Relevant experience to be considered includes roles in the management of Operations, Maintenance, or Work Planning activities and Operational experience in a commercial, Naval, or research reactor complex. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy " L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
