will provide strategic vision and leadership for the program. Reporting to the Work Management Program Requirements Manager, you will use your knowledge of the Department of Energy Conduct of Operations program to ensure personnel interpret and establish a requirements basis for Conduct of Operations for INL.

Responsibilities Include: Provide strategic vision and leadership for Work Control and Maintenance at INL, including performance, trends, and associated corrective actions. Develop new concepts and techniques to improve operational performance. Assist and advise line management in the application of processes and actions to improve operational performance. Maintain effective relationships

and represent INL on matters with regulatory agencies (i. e. DOE-ID, DOE-HQ, OSHA, etc. ) related to Work Control and Conduct of Maintenance. Ensure that business, program, legal, and regulatory system requirements are appropriately incorporated into Work Control and Conduct of Maintenance program/processes.

Define training and qualification requirements for Work Control and Conduct of Maintenance Programs and Process. Develop and implement a formal training program that incorporates regulatory requirements and ensures competence of personnel determined by their assigned responsibilities. Mentor junior staff to enhance technical/professional skills. Identify risks that might jeopardize

performance in Work Control and Conduct of Maintenance. Develop performance measures/metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Work Control and Conduct of Maintenance processes.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience OR Associate's degree plus 12 years of experience OR 16 years of experience in lieu of degree. Relevant experience to be considered includes roles in the management of Operations, Maintenance, or Work Planning activities and Operational experience in a commercial, Naval, or research reactor complex. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy " L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
