Does a walk through of campus buildings and inspects for damage and/or safety hazards11. Replaces bulbs and performs touch up painting12. Be on call, work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.13. Work overtime as needed.14. Does snow removal as needed MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School graduation or GED, plus one (1) year of providing maintenance services.
