WM CAE methods. Deliverables: Manage water management attributes including design rule check and prototype tests and resolve any across attribute and functional issues. Lead water management (WM) CAE methods deployment for programs support with high quality while meeting deadlines.

Effectively communicate WM CAE results with the stakeholders such as attribute engineers and design and release engineers to impact the design early. Quickly learn WM CAE methods and start deploying them for programs support. Develop global CAE strategy for water management attribute and get resource to implement the CAE strategy. Develop WM CAE methods, including establishing development plan, test planning,

correlation planning, process automation and standardization. Lead and conduct physical tests for CAE methods development and correlation and programs sign off.

Teach technical skills, share one's own competency and mentor others in need of the knowledge. Build and lead cross functional team to further develop and correlate WM CAE methods. Document best practices, improve processes, and revise requirements. Skills Required: have passion for cars and/or trucks; understand how car and truck systems work. Demonstrated strong leadership and ability to independently handle complex issues and make quick decisions. Excellent organizational and planning skills Highly motivated individual with

a drive for results, leadership mentality and a self-starter attitude Able to handle multiple tasks and understand priorities.

Self-starter, self-motivated and willing to learn We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated, has a drive for results, and possesses leadership qualities. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effectively communicating WM CAE results with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. Skills Preferred: Background in CFD, but not limited to, turbulence modeling, multiphase flow, water management.

Hands-on experience with CFD software to solve real world thermo-fluid problems (STAR-CCM+, Preon Lab) preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency with Java, Python and Linux scripting Proficiency with Multiphase flow: VOF, Lag Hands-on experience in pre-processing software for CAD preparation (ANSA) Ability to conform to existing methods while suggesting innovations and process improvements. Experience Required: 2-5 years of automotive engineering experience including internship Education Required: BS in Mechanical Engineer, Physics or Mathematics from top school with minimum 3.0 GPA Education Preferred: Preferred Master or Ph.
