Skills Preferred: Good understanding of Inverter Hardware & Key Systems Interactions Extensive knowledge of key attributes (Range / Fuel Economy, NVH, EMC) and key hardware elements (Weight, Cost)

Experience working with supplier market tests, working with Planning and Purchasing Proven people leading skills to guide team of engineers to achieve flawless delivery Excellent communication, instructing, presentation, including to senior management Broad interpersonal skills, enabling team facilitation and effective interfacing with multi-functional teams Experience Required: 5 years' experience in Electrified Systems Education Required: BSME or BSEE Education Preferred: Masters in electrical engineering or Equivalent Work Experience
