Aboutthe Role: As a member of the process engineeringteam, this role is responsible for the functionality of manufacturing equipmentand processes as well as the development and implementation of innovativesolutions to improve quality and productivity at our Millbury facility.

Youwill work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to satisfy ourcustomers. What You'll Do: Support manufacturing Working directly with the manufacturingteam to support existing equipment. Designing, reviewing, and approvingmanufacturing process changes. Modifying

equipment and processes toaccommodate new products and improve safety, consistency, and yield. Participating in development of newequipment specifications and procurement.

Providing operator training andtroubleshooting support as needed. Provide support for multiple prepregmanufacturing lines focusing on: Daily process monitoring and maintenanceof processing parameters. Achieving lot to lot consistency. Identifying and implementingopportunities for change-over time reduction. Creation and maintenance of standardoperating procedures. Work with EH&S to ensure compliancewith federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulatoryrequirements. Collaborate with R&D to createsustainable

processes to fulfill customer's product needs. Work with Quality on Document Controland Contract Review to ensure proper setup and utilization of equipment andprocesses.

Perform ergonomic and hazard review onequipment. Assist facility in establishing leanmanufacturing principles and practices. Capital budget and equipment projectplanning and timelines. Performs DOEs, and participates in thedevelopment of control plans, Process Maps, and PFMEA documentation. Apply formal problem-solving techniquesto determine root cause, troubleshoot non-conforming products, raw materials, and components, and implement corrective and preventative action plans. Other duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate: Education and Experience Minimum 3 years'manufacturing experience; experience with composite prepreg is an asset but nota requirement Bachelor'sdegree in mechanical or chemical Engineering Web handling- tensioning, steering/guiding, unwinding, winding would be an asset. Experienceworking in EX rated environments. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite tools and Solid Works. Experienceand strong aptitude working in an ERP or other related system. Excellentoral and written communication skills. Provenability to work as a team member or independently and to manage timeeffectively.

Strongproject management skills and knowledge of applicable tools. Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Knowledge. Required Skillsand Abilities Excellent oral and written communication skill.
