We are builders and innovators extending TJX's renowned treasure hunt experience to new audiences and fans. As a Full Stack Staff Engineer, e Commerce, you will be a hands-on subject matter expert and perform as a lead on exciting initiatives

within our e Commerce team. In this role you have a chance to create a huge impact on the design, architecture and implementation of web stores used by your family & friends.

Your core responsibilities will be end-to-end delivery of features. You will engage with cross-disciplinary staff and business partners to develop and build solutions. Who We Are Looking For: You. We are looking for an inquisitive, passionate, hard-working, and driven Software Development Engineer who demonstrates an " engineering mindset. " You will drive the development on e Commerce platforms that supports an outstanding customer experience using agile methodologies, software development best practices

and groundbreaking tools/ technologies. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within a collaborative environment.

This includes preparing documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements, and delivering outstanding quality work. Minimum Qualifications Java. Specifically, hands-on experience with Java, JEE, Spring, APIs, Design Patterns, SQL; Some experience with the latest HTML, Java Script, CSS standards. 10+ years’ experience in e Commerce application development & deployments. Solid coding practices like good design documentation, unit testing, peer code reviews; release planning and deployment Passionate about building and improving web store features Strong customer focus, ownership, and drive with excellent judgment, organizational and problem solving skills Collaborative communication skills to work well on a team and provide technical leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Strong prefer experience with Oracle ATG Web Commerce We care about our culture, but we also prioritize your needs!
