This role will also partner with other technical team members (Managers and Individual Contributors) to implement, monitor, and measure development best practices. Finally, you will be accountable for technical product oversight, including the engineering health, stability, and sustainability/maintainability of the WFM solutions. modernization from Kronos legacy to Kronos Dimensions Establishing and enforcing engineering best practices Driving technology roadmaps to support lifecycle management.

Great to have: Ability to lead technical cost/benefit analysis to advise product roadmaps and solution direction.
Team leadership / coaching / technical team career development, (up to ~10 direct reports) Experienced with Dev Ops, CI/CD processes and tools.
