delivery schedule. Train new hires and provide technical guidance for the team. Work on IP development and patent application. Report algorithm status to project management team. Design Design of Experiments (Do E) and join vehicle testing. Follow procedure to resolve bugs and release algorithm software.

Improve performance and debug issues based on testing result. Implement Model-based design technology for algorithm development. Work with colleagues and customers to develop and implement enhancements to address real-world performance issues. Develop and refine design validation methods for ensuring proper feature-level performance across a variety of environmental, human, and cross-vehicle

noise factors. Ensure that the entire development phase aligns with Automotive Software Performance Improvement and Capability d Etermination (ASPICE) standards.

Read current literature and stay abreast of new automotive technology or competitive products. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related Engineering field of study and 3 years of experience in an occupation applying algorithms, CAD, or other mathematical tools to develop features, parts, or products in the automotive industry. Alternate Requirements Ph. D. degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

or a closely related Engineering field of study and 1 year of experience in an occupation applying algorithms, CAD, or other mathematical tools to develop features, parts, or products in the automotive industry.

Must also have: (I) Demonstrated proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, Python, pytorch, and C/C++ in the context of feature algorithm development; (II) Solid background: a. designing and implementing feature algorithms for sequential decision-making; b. in model based algorithm development; and c. in image processing; (III) Experience testing new algorithms on hardware; (IV) Experience with data collection tools including CANoe, RTK GPS, Kistler, and d SPACE; (V) Experience developing algorithms based on vehicle state estimation, motion models, and sensor fusion; (VI) Product development experience; (VII) Experience developing new ideas to support patent applications; (VIII) Successful track record: a.
