Develop and maintain all required documentation in an organized and structured manner. Assist with managing HSE and regulatory audits. Ensure all employees properly understand the importance of safety in the workplace. Manage the Company plant risk management process as well as the Safran HSE standards program. Interface with JV counterpart and manage the implementation of common HSE systems. Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and work stations according to Safran OS-Dev and OS-Mfg standards and Lean principles.

Collaborates with Continuous Improvement and Facilities Engineers to produce integrated solutions for targeted process improvements. Support VSM management with designs for WIP handling and storage, and design and/or measurement of other VSM parameters mandated by Safran OS-Dev. Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs. Other duties as assigned. Job Specifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related discipline required.
