Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming Smiling and having fun Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below) The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach!
