applied will be considered and need not re-apply. Duties Serves as the Army's subject matter expert, in materials acquisition, operations, administration, program management and automation for the Army Library Program. Reviews, interprets, and revises policies and program guidance.

Provides comprehensive reference, research, advisory, evaluative, and instructional services and training. Interprets bibliographic standards and rules, identifying and reporting problems in their application with suggestion for change. Performs highly specialized and/or authoritative cataloging, determining the best method of identifying subsequent changes in such elements as title, issuing body, and frequency,

and of reflecting relationships to other publications. Plans, evaluates, and recommends computer software and equipment to support extensive library functions and to enhance operations and/or to accomplish new tasks.

Develops specialized applications, and investigates new technologies. May perform staff assistance visits and periodic ealuations of libraries in the system. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Possess completion of a full academic year of graduate study in Library Science plus completion of a bachelor's degree; or B. Completion of a 5th year bachelor's degree in Library Science plus at least one (1) year of library experience; or C.

A total, in some, of not less than five (5) years of college-level education, training, and or experience which has provided a knowledge and understanding of the theories, principles, and technique of professional librarianship. And Possess a master's degree or two (2) full academic years of graduate study in Library Science; or Professional or advanced experience or graduate study: (a) one (1) year of experience in librarianship which included the performance, supervision, or administration of one or more major functional areas of librarianship; (b) one (1) year of experience which provided the applicant with the knowledge and abilities required by the position.

And Possess of the following: A. One (1) additional year of experience in librarianship; or one (1) year of additional experience as described above; or B. A doctoral degree or three (3) years of graduate education in Library Science; or C. Completion of graduate study in a subject matter related to this position (doctoral degree or three (3) full academic years of graduate education). Plus one (1) year of experience. Highly Qualifying Criteria: Possess work experience with social media, web platforms, and other marketing tools. Possess experience speaking, presenting, and briefing to a variety of audiences.
