Maintain accurate records, forms and files in the classroom Willingness to work with outside providers (B23, etc. ) on how to best support children in their development stages Requirements Must have CDA or 12 ECE Credits Must have or can obtain CT Head Teacher Certificate Must be able to see and or hear a child in distress up to 25 feet away. Must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly during the course of each day. Must be able to sit

on the floor with children and be able to get up quickly. Must have CPR, First aid and medication administration training or willing to obtain Friendly and professional demeanor with staff and families.
